Pippa Mann

CEO, Shift Up Now and Vice President, Shift Up Now Foundation

Pippa Mann is one of three women to win in the Indy NXT series, was the first woman to win a pole position at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, and is one of nine female racers to compete at the Indianapolis 500. During her time raising the sponsorship to compete annually on one of racing's biggest stages, she learned through first hand experience the issues female athletes in any sport can face trying to raise the funds to compete, and in a sport where men and women can compete as equals given equal opportunity, she decided her next steps in the sport would be to try and drive change for female athletes in motorsport.

Still an active racer in various sports cars series and events, including competing 5 times a the 24 hour race at the Nurburgring, Pippa works with the team at the Shift Up Now Foundation to help educate future partners on the issues female athletes face, and to help raise funds to help future generations close the funding gap - fueling the future of female athletes in motorsport.
