Erin Vogel

Erin Vogel is an accomplished racecar driver, business owner, and most recently a team founder, who brings nearly 20 years of experience in business and racing to the Shift Up Now Foundation. Erin has been passionate about building a world that delivers equal opportunity for women since the age of four years old, when she first experienced gender bias on the playground at school. Today, she uses her celebrity, experience, and resources to raise awareness, develop opportunities, and mentor young women in motorsports. In addition to her position on the Foundation’s Board of Directors, Erin is also President of Shift Up Now, Inc. – the business branch of the organization responsible for engineering sponsorship in the form of brand deals to support female racers.
