Ariel Ream currently serves as the CEO for the Shift Up Now Foundation. She is a fervent advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion for women in motorsport. With more than 13 years of business development experience and specializing in EdTech startups, she has held diverse roles at both small startups and Fortune 100 companies. She currently serves as the Senior Partner Alliances Manager for the Higer Education Team at Workday. Before joining Workday, she founded Maplehurst Consulting, where she helped organizations scale effectively by defining product-market fit and establishing robust business development processes. In addition, she has consulted on workforce development, DEI strategies, and individual professional growth.
